My Diet Blog

Everyday I will write a bit about my diet and how my day went I start my new 50 day diet on Monday so wish me luck.

One more day


I start my diet tomorrow and I'm super excited I've already lost 2lbs on another diet that one was crap but I'm excited about this one because people have lost 2stone after the 50 days.Wish me Luck.

Day 1


I think I was really good today I was tempted with all the cakes and sweets at school but I didn't buy any. So the first day you have to eat 500kcal so I ate.
Breakfast-porridge 200kcal
lunch-salad with a spoonful of sweetcorn 125kcal
dinner- banana 107kcal 


Total- 432kcal

Day 2 


I didn't do so well today. Today we were supposed to have 500kcal and I did well until tea when I stuffed my face with chilli and bread  I felt so disgusting so I went and purged.

I think I did well today I didn't muck up so yeah I'm on track.

I did eat a more than i should have but it was just a carrot stick so I don't think that counts.

Day 5


I'm on holiday so I have eaten more than I should. I have eaten everything but in small portions.


Day 6


So far I'm glad to say I haven't gained any weight so after I get back I will start my diet again but I will be harsh on myself and plan out what time and when I eat.


Day 7


I'm poorly so I haven't eaten today just drunk loads of water.


Day 8 


Still poorly.


Day 9


Still poorly.


Day 10


STILL poorly. But mum was worried so I had some soup.
